Hi, I’m Maree Mac Guinness — Practicing Clinical Nutritionist and founder of Menopause Naturally. Welcome.

For many years, I’ve supported women, including myself,  through menopause and the years beyond — particularly professional women who are juggling demanding careers, leadership roles, and busy lives while managing very real symptoms.
